Kimball Junction has a small residential area on the north side of I-80. This area is composed of Spring Creek, Black Hawk Station, and Trout Creek Communities. Park City real estate in this beautiful area will not disappoint!

​Spring Creek offers a quick commute for residents working in Salt Lake. This is a small neighborhood of around 80 -90 homes. This neighborhood is well loved for its meandering views of East Canyon Creek, with a percentage of homes bordering the water. Spring Creek was primarily built in the 90’s, although many of these homes have undergone extensive luxury renovations. ​

Trout Creek is a small, gated community of homes built in the early 2000’s. This quaint community offers a pool and direct access to the trailhead for Glenwild Trail Loop. The area offers smaller homes under 2000 sq. ft. for those looking to downsize into a leisurely lifestyle.

Black Hawk Station offers entry-level single-family homes with newer floor plans under 2400 sq. ft. There are approximately 160 homes built in the early 2000’s. The area offers easy access to trails, conveniences, and shopping.
